Weaver Leather

From humble beginnings in the 1970's, Weaver Leather has become a driving force across various industries including Equine, Livestock (Cattle and Sheep), Leather Supply etc.

Harry Weaver founded the company in 1973 in a small 20' x 40' garage just down the road from their current State-of-the-Art Facility.   In the beginning, Harry concentrated on shoe repair, but before long he recognised the potential to expand into other markets.  The fledgling company began handcrafting leather horse and cattle halters and selling them to local harness and tack shops.  The popularity of these halters led to the manufacture of more and more leather items prompting Harry to change the company name to Weaver Leather Goods.

There have been many expansions to the company and facilities throughout the decades, and in early 2016 a 20,000 square foot building was constructed to meet the growing demand for quality equine and livestock equipment.

Trust, honesty and loyalty were the unwritten rules of the Cowboy Code that ruled the Old West.  These same principles have guided Weaver Leather from the beginning.  Weaver's extensive range of tack and saddlery products are mostly made by their craftspeople in Mt Hope, Ohio making them the trusted choice for generations of horse owners.
